Please email us at info@libbyandmaisie.co.uk to obtain a quote for international shipping.
You will need to provide your full name, address and products that you would like to purchase. We can then provide you an accurate quote for shipping.
Maisie K will not be responsible for any custom charges, import duty or taxes due, this is the customers' responsibility.
RETURN POLICY
We strive to achieve exceptional standards at Libby&Maisie throughout your entire time with us. However, if something isn’t quite right, we want to hear about it so that we can make sure that it is much better next time you shop with us.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If the 14 days has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund, but dependent on the condition of the item, we may be able to offer an exchange.

Returns
PLEASE make sure you fill out the returns form, available here, this ensures we know where the return has come from.
To be eligible for a return, please return the item in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and your receipt as proof of purchase. Refunds will not be received unless you have contacted us before sending the item back to us.
To start a return please email info@libbyandmaisie.co.uk stating the reasons for your return. We will respond within 24 hours and confirm if your return is accepted. Items returned to us without prior communication and acceptance, will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 working days, as long as the refund has been approved.
Please note this is just an estimated time period as some banks can take longer to process.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the conditions have not been met.

Any return costs are down to the customers responsibility to pay unless you have received a faulty or wrongly despatched item.
Exchange
If you would like an exchange on an item, please contact the shop or via email info@libbyandmaisie.co.uk stating the reason for the exchange.
Please note to be eligible for an exchange, please return the original item in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and your receipt as proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
